02 What kind of vehicles do you use?
All of our vehicles are wheelchair-accessible and maintained to high safety and cleanliness standards.
03 Can I book a recurring ride?
Yes, we offer recurring ride scheduling for treatments like dialysis, therapy, or regular appointments.
04 Do you provide assistance from inside the home?
Yes. Our drivers provide door-to-door and arm-thru-arm assistance as needed.
05 Is your transportation only for medical visits?
No. We also provide rides to the airport, community centers, and personal errands when requested.
06 How far in advance should I schedule a ride?
We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours ahead for best availability.
07 Can facilities book group transportation?
Absolutely. We work with assisted living communities and rehab centers to coordinate group or individual rides.
08 Are your drivers trained to work with dementia or Alzheimer’s patients?
Yes. Our drivers are trained to assist individuals with cognitive conditions in a patient, supportive manner.
09 What if I have a large or electric wheelchair?
Just let us know at the time of booking. We’ll assign a vehicle equipped to accommodate your mobility device.
10 How do I get a price quote?
Call us or fill out the online request form, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote based on your trip details.
11 Is it permissible for a family member to accompany the patient during the ride?
Yes,up to two individuals are allowed to ride with the patient.
12 What is the maximum distance for patient transport?
There are no limits to the distance we can travel with the patient.
13 Are patients allowed to bring their personal belongings with them?
